This Refund Policy is provided by Lezlie Drive LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains how refunds work for purchases made through our websites, checkout pages, and partner platforms used to deliver our products and services.

The No BS Guarantee (30 Days)

We don’t do hype and we don’t do magical transformation promises. This system works when you work it.

“No BS Guarantee”
This isn’t some magical transformation promise. It’s real work that creates real results. If you follow the system and don’t see a clear path to your first paid client within 30 days, we’ll refund every penny.

If you’re within 30 days of purchase and you genuinely applied the system but still don’t see a clear path forward, we will issue a full refund.


What Counts as “Follow the System”

We’re not looking for perfection. We’re looking for good-faith effort. “Follow the system” means you made a serious attempt to apply the core steps that create momentum.

Examples of good-faith effort may include (not an exhaustive list):

  • Picking a service/business direction (or narrowing to a short list).
  • Building a basic offer (what you do, who it’s for, what it costs).
  • Doing at least some outreach, posting, or local activation attempts.
  • Using the included scripts/checklists/templates instead of guessing.

If you request a refund, we may ask one or two short questions to confirm you attempted the system in good faith. This is not to hassle you — it’s to keep the guarantee real and protect against abuse.


How to Request a Refund

Email us at 500andaHustle@gmail.com with:

  • Your name
  • The email used at checkout
  • Your order receipt or transaction details (if available)
  • A brief note describing what you tried and where you got stuck

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank (often a few business days).


Discount / Promo Purchases

Discounted and promotional purchases are refundable under the same No BS Guarantee. A lower price does not change the policy.


Chargebacks and Disputes

If something went wrong, email us first. We’ll fix access issues fast and handle refund requests fairly.

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us may delay resolution and can result in loss of access while the dispute is investigated.


Abuse, Fraud, and Bad-Faith Requests

This guarantee exists to protect real buyers. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show clear evidence of abuse, fraud, or bad-faith behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated refund requests across products, brands, or accounts.
  • Sharing/reselling/distributing content or participating in group buys.
  • Chargeback manipulation or false claims.
  • Requests that clearly indicate no attempt to apply the system.

If a refund is denied for abuse or fraud, we may also terminate access and restrict future purchases.


Third-Party Platforms

Purchases and delivery may be handled through third-party platforms (for example, payment processors and course/ digital delivery platforms). We are not responsible for outages or changes made by those platforms.
